Identify Database User Group Meeting, 9 September 2015
We were very pleased to welcome a group of our customers to a Ringgold Identify Database User Group meeting on 9th September, in conjunction with the ALPSP conference.
The meeting provided an opportunity for customers to share their experiences of using Ringgold’s services and for Ringgold to provide an update on new developments, and also to look ahead to the future.
We were delighted to hear presentations from Keith Abbott, Wiley, Niamh O’Connor, Portland Press, Mark Hester, Aries Systems and Alice Meadows, ORCID about their experiences with their respective Identify integrations.
A useful Q and A session followed which covered general questions about the database, new classifications, consortia and future developments.

Identify Database User Group Meeting, 29 May 2015
It was with great pleasure that we invited our valued clients to the 2015 Ringgold Identify Database User Group meeting on Friday 29 May 2015, which was held in conjunction with the SSP Annual Meeting.
This was an opportunity for seasoned Identify Database users and Identify Audit clients to learn about new ways to leverage and implement Identify data, share expertise with fellow publishers who understand the benefits of standardized data, and help us shape the future of Identify.
We were delighted to be joined by our colleagues at Copyright Clearance Center and Wolters Kluwer, who provided insights as to how Ringgold’s data is an authoritative and powerful solution for their own specific challenging needs.
We rounded off the afternoon with a celebratory glass of bubbly and toast to Ringgold’s 10th anniversary year.
