Database changes
Last month we reported over 6,000 new records being added to the database so far in 2011. This month that total is now over 9,000.
Health services in the UK – Changes are continuing with NHS Trusts and we are reflecting those changes in Identify. As new Trusts are created or change their names to Foundation Trusts we are amending the database.
Quangos – Following a ruling by the UK government in October 2010, a large number of Quangos are being abolished. Recent amendments have include British Nuclear Fuels; the database now shows its dissolved status and the date. The changes in quangos are being made gradually and we will reflect these in Identify.
Athens – We are adding Athens Organization Codes to the database and these should be available in April for those customers who subscribe to our authentication sector.
