During the festive period Ringgold will be closed December 25 and January 1. Holiday staffing levels will be maintained through the last week of December and first week of January but please send any issues or questions to support@ringgold.com. Emails will be addressed throughout the holiday period – Monday through Friday (US East Coast office hours) – and you can expect to hear back from us within one working day during this time, though there may be a delay in replies and customers may not hear from their usual contact.

There will be no change in the Identify Database local load over the Christmas period. Our Validate service will be available as normal, but we are not able to guarantee a 24-hour turnaround on new records submitted between December 23 and January 2.
