OpenRFP is used by library software vendors to present their ILS and RFID functionality, helping librarians discover and learn about these and other high-tech products and services. The website contains an online toolkit for libraries preparing RFP, RFI, and "Request for Tender" documents. Vendor responses are composed online as well.
