Detailed analysis

Institutional data can be provided to publishers in a variety of standard formats, from Excel spreadsheets to tab-delimited files. Each entry will contain organization details, including name, HQ address (city, state, zip code), URL and "size metrics" (expressed in terms of numbers of employees, hospital beds, etc., where available).

Because subscriber databases are often uniquely structured with the publisher's title information, Ringgold is able to provide the data with flags for existing subscribers. Unique subscriber numbers provided by the publisher, along with associated titles, will be flagged (matched) to existing institutions.

The data can be sorted according to parameters selected by the publisher; e.g., zip codes, state name, type of agency, with appropriate limits for existing and non-existing subscribers.
